We trust that you are all well and as eager and excited as we are to meet again very soon in one of our properties.

What matters most to us is the health and safety of our customers and employees. We therefore have implemented the strictest and most rigorous health and safety protocols in the cleaning and disinfection of spaces, social distancing, digitalisation and personalisation of your stay. Seaside Collections’ health and hygiene standards are fully established in our hotels and we keep abreast of the advice given by public authorities and health experts to ensure a "calm and carefree" stay. Additionally, we will do our utmost to ensure that all the arrangements are made as easy and convenient as possible for you. For this reason we offer you the option of an antigen test or a PCR test before departure – directly at our hotel (additional cost).

Please note that some changes may occur in compliance with the health authorities requirements, so some of the services or facilities of the hotel may differ from those described on the website. We appreciate you taking into account that all the modifications that may occur are exclusively to guarantee the well-being and peace of mind of our clients. Recommended distance to be maintained in all public areas. Dispensers with sanitation solutions are available in all areas of the hotel. Our associates are wearing face masks.

 

Public areas (lobby, public toilets, etc.)

Enhanced cleaning cycles: Cleaning and disinfection of public areas according to approved hygiene regulations such as door handles, elevator buttons, light switches, etc..

Online check in available prior to arrival, Room door access via mobile device available, key cards and pens are disinfected. Recommended distance to be maintained between receptionist and guests.

After each stay, guest rooms are thoroughly sanitized with approved cleaning products and checklists completed by housekeeping.

 

Restaurants & Bars

Food and beverage services tailored in line with current regulations. Reduced seating capacity in restaurants, terraces and bars. Our menu will be available digitally on your phone.

Sunbeds spaced out to ensure social distancing.
